She was a regular stand-in presenter for the station's flagship breakfast show and afternoon magazine programme.

She has produced and presented the Mind Tools Expert Interview podcast series since 2006. Audio montage featuresRachel has a long track record in creating audio montage features that tell a story with no script or presenter. She has produced numerous audios for the Open University, for whom she is a preferred provider, a series of audio fairytales for Historic Royal Palaces, and several podcasts for New Philanthropy Capital, highlighting effective charities.
